Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges? 

Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds, returns, or exchanges on our products. We take great pride in sourcing our products and ensuring their safety and authenticity. We would never do anything to jeopardize their quality. Formula cannot be re- stocked once it has left our warehouse. We take babies very seriously and we want to ensure the best for them!

Please understand that some products may appear to be damaged; however, this is often cosmetic damage. Boxes may be slightly torn or "open", and possibly dented/ crushed. Cans will often have dents as well. As long as no formula powder is visibly leaking out then the product is safe to use. We take pride in these products and will never stock unusable/ damaged items for shipment. We are also careful to thoroughly pack for items for safe shipment. 


How long does shipping take? 

Our products are shipped using USPS or USP (occasionally FedEX, and typically DHL for Canada/ Mexico).  Standard delivery time for orders via USPS is 1-3 business days depending on location. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping times and shipping delays via any of our parcel carriers. We do our very best to ensure that you get your products as soon as possible.

We offer shipping from Arizona. Tracking numbers will always be provided via email and are attached to your customer account after your purchase has been processed.

 **We typically try to ship orders same day. We guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (but often much sooner).**


Where is my packing slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we have decided to stop printing packing slips. They are available as a PDF and if you'd like a copy we will gladly send you one via email. Please include a note with your order or message us at


 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship to Mexico and Canada. However, we highly recommend keeping your orders to a maximum of 6 items per order. 

We cannot be held liable for any additional fees/ duties, etc, that might be incurred when the shipment goes through customs. Additionally, we will not be responsible if the package is detained or destroyed by Customs officials. Lost or damaged parcels must be handled by the original purchasing customer and fulfilled via the requirements of the parcel courier. We do offer shipping via DHL Worldwide Express and they are typically very good at getting your parcel to an international location.
